Teen Vogue was front row when Taylor Momsen’s band the Pretty Reckless took the stage for their second gig in NYC before hitting the road with the Veronicas. Spotted rocking out at last night’s show: 3/4 of the Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants (Blake Lively, Alexis Bledel, and Amber Tamblyn), Penn Badgley, and Ben Foster.
